What size sheet/duvet cover/bedspread/protector do I need for my bed?

The answer to this lies in the size of your mattress.  Standard New Zealand mattress sizes are as follows:

Single- 920x1880mm
Long Single- 920x2040mm (what Super King beds split down into)
King Single- 1070x2040mm (also known as Super Single)
Double- 1380x1880mm
Queen- 1530x2040mm
King- 1670x2040mm
Super King- 1810x2040mm
Californian King- 2000x2040mm

What guarantees do I get with your products?

If a product is faulty we will always stand by it and either repair or replace the item for you or provide you with a full refund. Please note that if you have not followed the care instructions on your product we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

Once a Sunbeam Small Appliance leaves our warehouse it is then under Sunbeam warranty.  Most Sunbeam items carry a one year Sunbeam warranty, some products carry a longer warranty and this will all be explained in the manual you get with your product.  If your Sunbeam product stops working for some reason you may need to take it to an Authorised Sunbeam Service Centre.  The first step is to phone Sunbeam so that they can assess the problem- here is their phone number:

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use Fastway Couriers for smaller cartons and Toll TranzLink for bulk orders.  Your goods will be dispatched between 2-3 working days from placement and payment of your order.  If there is a delay for some unforeseen reason, we will let you know.  Please note that sometimes there  is a short delay in dispatching orders depending on seasonal demand i.e. Christmas.

Will you deal with International customers?

Yes.  We send overseas orders by NZ Post International Air and the website will provide you with a cost for this prior to sending your order, just choose your country from the drop down menu.  You could also see the "shipping" page for more info on this!  Please note all overseas orders are final!

How do I pay?

With our secure online ordering facilities you can pay by direct bank transfer or credit card.  You can pay by cash if you are picking up goods from our warehouse, please ensure you bring the correct change if possible.  We also have EFTPOS facilities at our Mt Wellington offices/showroom.

Can I see the items?

We have a showroom in Mt Wellington with limited stock.  If there is something you are desperate to look at please phone or email ahead so we can make sure we have it for you to view.  Often we have to get stock in from our off-site warehouse to fulfil requests, which can sometimes take a couple of days.

What do I get in a duvet cover set?

Most duvet cover sets contain the following:
Single- duvet cover + one pillowcase
Queen/King and Super King- duvet cover + two pillowcases.  In some cases extra pillowcases can be purchased, and these are listed in the drop down menu.
Please note Actil Commercial and Seneca product usually contain only the cover, pillowcases can be purchased separately using the drop down menu.
