Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in perfect original condition (please do not remove the tags, or item from its packaging) for a refund or store credit, valid from one year of receipt of goods back. We will process a refund or credit note within 14 working days of receipt of the return.
Any returns with ripped packaging/missing packaging or not looking like the item originally arrived to you will not be accepted back. We cannot, in good faith sell these items to other customers as "firsts". If you are getting a duvet and you are unsure of the colour- please carefully remove a pillowcase to check the colour is right for you before you remove the whole item from the packaging. Please contact us prior to shipping so we know to expect the item back, and please include your name/contact details with the goods so we know where they have come from.
Please note if you are returning an item for a refund we are bound by our bank agreement to refund to the original credit card used only. If for some reason this is not possible (i.e. your credit card has been cancelled or has expired) and we need to refund you in a different method to that originally used, a fee based on the original purchase price will be charged to you.
If you change your mind on an item, please note that you will be expected to pay a flat $10.00 shipping/admin refund charge, even if you order qualified for free freight at the time of ordering. You will be expected to ship the item back to us at your expense.
If your order exceeds $500.00 and you return it for a refund you will be expected to pay the actual cost of freight- for which an invoice will be issued, and a re-stocking/admin fee of 5% of the value of the order will also be deducted from your refund.
Once orders are placed, they can be amended (i.e. if you make a mistake on size etc) but not cancelled.
If the return is a result of our error, please contact us to discuss method of shipping back to us prior to return. Please note you have 30 days to advise us if any mistakes have been made on your order.
Please note: there are no returns on special make items, Duvet Inners, Mattress Toppers or Pillows for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

No returns will be accepted from international customers. All orders shipped overseas are final. We take no responsibility for international orders damaged in transit, we package the items as well as we can.
International orders customs & duties please note: For any orders shipped outside of New Zealand the customer is the importer of the product and will be responsible for all customs import duties and sales tax charges. These charges vary in each country and are outside of our control. Contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or sales taxes may be imposed in your country.
Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
Should the product you have received be damaged or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via of our contact link, to help us arrange a replacement or repair. All products are covered by manufacturer's warranties within New Zealand, which vary according to the product concerned. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods within Mainland New Zealand (excluding the islands) using Toll TranzLink for bulk freight and Fastway Couriers for smaller items. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. Please note that any claims for missing items or cartons from a shipment or damage to goods must be notified to us immediately upon receipt as courier companies will only accept claims made for damaged or lost goods if lodged within 7 days of delivery to our customer. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
We will not collect personally identifiable information like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number ("Personal Information") without your knowledge and permission; We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless you have authorised us to do so; We will take reasonable steps to protect the security of the Personal Information we collect from you.

Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). queenb.co.nz uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.
When you place an order queenb.co.nz will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, MasterCard etc. in order to process your order.
Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information
queenb.co.nz uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Vendor's sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.

When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.
