Care Instructions:
Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Grease and flour the pan as your recipe suggests, and stick to the recommended oven temperature. Never overheat the empty pan or leave it unsupervised in the oven. Oven safe up to 220°C. Not suitable for microwaves. Allow to cool completely before cleaning. Avoid metal utensils or knives to prevent surface scratches. The non-stick coating washes easily with hot soapy water, rinse and dry with a cloth. Steer clear of abrasive scourers or cleaners that could harm the finish. If dishwashing, the pan might stay slightly damp, wipe it dry with a soft cloth after the cycle ends.
