New customers who register to queenb’s Club B and subscribe to the Club B Newsletter will receive an offer of ‘Get $10 off Your First Order’. This offer is valid for one month from the date of joining. The promotion code must be used at the checkout to activate the offer. The minimum spend will be calculated in a single transaction and excludes any delivery charges. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, or applied to any previously placed orders. The offer is valid for use once only and must only be used by the original recipient. The value of the order must be $100.00 or over for the coupon to be redeemed.
Registered queenb customers earn reward points when purchasing through the queenb website. Registered customers receive 1 reward point for every $20NZD spent. 1 reward point is equivilant to $1NZD. Points are earned on the total value of products purchased and are automatically accrued. Reward Points are also awarded to registered customers for other actions such as referring friends and reviewing products purchased through queenb.
The administration of Rewards Points is entirely at our discretion. We reserves the right to cancel or adjust your reward point balance without notice or explanation. We reserve the right to make changes to any and all aspects of our reward points programme without notice.
Additional points can be earned for activities such as referring friends and reviewing purchased products. Additional points for referring friends will be be allocated to your account once your referred friend places their first order. Registered customers are able to receive points for reviewing products purchased through queenb. There is limit of 10 additional points which can be received per day. Once the limit is reached the same actions can be taken but no additional points will be granted.
If an order is cancelled or amended, we reserve the right to reverse or adjust any points earned at our discretion. Reward Points are intended for use exclusively on queenb and are not a legal tender nor redeemable for cash. We will not transfer rewards points under any circumstances.
queenb accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or by direct credit to our nominated bank account.

If you are signed in when checking out, you'll be given the option to "Save my payment details for next time". When this is selected, an encrypted token is stored, not your actual card details – these will be held in a secure PCI compliant solution provided by EWay New Zealand Ltd. This token can't be used by anyone else so it's totally secure. This option is simply provided for your convenience in not having to re-enter your card details every time that you shop with us. If you choose to use this facility, you give us permission to debit the nominated Credit Card on an agreed basis. Whether you select this option or not, no actual card details are ever stored by us in any capacity.
Gift Vouchers will be sent to the notminated email address once payment has been accepted. queenb Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can only be redeemed by people living in New Zealand and are not reedeemable for cash.
At queenb we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a $10NZD restocking fee which be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows, unless they are faulty.
Beds, Mattresses and Foam Mattresses are made to order and are considered "special make products". These are not eligible for return, for change of mind.
We also do NOT accept returns for bedheads, bunk beds, and furniture.

All default prices and delivery charges on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include New Zealand GST. We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges at any time, for any reason. If a price is altered after you have placed an order, we will contact you prior to processing it.
When placing your order, you will be charged in NZD as we have a New Zealand bank account. The currency converter used on the website is a guide only. It is as accurate as possible, but your bank may sell foreign currency at a slightly different exchange rate. Your bank might also charge you a conversion fee, for changing your currency to NZD. queenb are not responsible for this. If you order products for delivery outside of New Zealand they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. queenb does not take any responsibility for payment of these duties and taxes, they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
Should the product you have received be damaged or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us to arrange a replacement or repair. All products are covered by manufacturer's warranties within New Zealand which vary according to the product concerned. If the product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.

All images are used for illustrative purposes only. Every effort is made to display these as true to life as possible. Due to the variety of digital screen settings some products may look different on different screens. Due to the nature of Manchester items- some stitching details/finishes/ colours may vary, and queenb may not have been informed of these by the manufacturer of the product. In the instance the customer is unhappy with this difference a full refund will be given.

The queenb mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by queenb (“queenb”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to queenb’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of queenb through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with queenb. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449174531 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other queenb mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
