Care Instructions:
Before first use, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Let the pan cool naturally on a heat-resistant surface after cooking. Clean with mild detergent and warm water using a non-scratch sponge. For stubborn stains, apply a non-abrasive plastic mesh pad with metal cleaner. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the finish. In a dishwasher, remove before the drying cycle and towel dry to avoid water spots. Avoid steel wool, coarse pads, or harsh powders. Dry completely before storing. Match the hob ring size to the base or smaller for efficiency and to prevent discolouration. Use low to medium heat; prolonged high heat can damage the pan. Keep handles pointed to the back of the stove and away from burners. Never overheat empty or let it boil dry. Do not add cold water to a hot pan. Fill no more than two-thirds to prevent boil-overs. Use wooden or heat-resistant nylon utensils only - avoid sharp metal ones. Add salt to boiling water to prevent pitting. Keep away from children on the hob. Not for oven, microwave, grill, or open fire use.
