I have been using it for a week. So far so good. Medium is perfect for me. No smell. Good support. However, I didn't like the shipping box at all. It looked like they recycled a dirty box and it was too small for the pillow, so the pillow was squished in it. Top quality pillow - upgraded after been in a hotel overseas and am very pleased I did.

Just received my pillow a little while back. Beautiful pillow and it is of the upmost good quality, even the packaging that it came in. Would definitely buy it again at a later date. I think that it is well worth the money that you pay for it.
