Care Instructions:
Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Grease and flour the pan as required by your recipe, and follow the temperature suggested in your recipe. Do not overheat an empty pan or leave it unattended in the oven. Oven safe up to 200°C. Not suitable for microwave use. Allow the roaster to cool completely before cleaning. Avoid metal knives or utensils to protect the surface. The enamel coating cleans easily with hot soapy water using a cloth or sponge - rinse thoroughly and dry with a cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads that could damage the finish. If using a dishwasher, the pan may retain some moisture after the cycle - wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
