Care Instructions:
Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Grease and flour the pan as your recipe requires, and follow the temperature recommended in your recipe. Do not overheat the empty pan or leave it unattended in the oven. Oven safe up to 220°C. Not suitable for microwave use. Allow to cool completely before cleaning. Avoid metal knives or utensils to protect the surface. The non-stick finish cleans quickly with hot soapy water - rinse well and wipe dry. Never use abrasive cleaners or pads that could damage the coating. If using a dishwasher, the pan may retain some moisture after the cycle - wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
