Care Instructions:
Wash in warm soapy water before first use. Grease & flour pan as per recipe. Do not overheat empty pan or leave unattended. Suitable for oven temperatures up to 220°C. Not microwave safe. Allow to cool before cleaning. Avoid metal utensils. Wash in hot soapy water, rinse and dry. Do not use abrasives. If washed in dishwasher, wipe dry with a soft cloth.
