Care Instructions:
Before first use, wash thoroughly in warm soapy water and dry completely. Lightly grease and flour the pan as needed for your recipe, and always follow the temperature recommended in your recipe. Avoid heating the empty pan to high temperatures or leaving it unattended in the oven. Oven safe up to 220°C. Not suitable for microwave use. Let the pan cool fully before washing. Avoid metal utensils or knives to protect the surface. Hand washing is quick with hot soapy water, rinse well and dry with a cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads, as they can damage the finish. If using a dishwasher, the pan may retain some moisture after the cycle, dry it by hand with a soft cloth.
