Care Instructions:
Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water and dry fully before initial use. Apply grease and flour as directed by your recipe, and always use the oven temperature your recipe advises. Do not preheat an empty pan to excessive heat or leave it unattended while baking. Oven safe up to 220°C. Not for microwave use. Cool completely before washing. Use only non-metal utensils to avoid scratching the surface. The non-stick layer cleans quickly with hot soapy water, rinse well and dry with a cloth. Avoid abrasive pads or cleaners that could scratch the coating. If placed in the dishwasher, wipe the pan dry with a soft cloth afterwards as it may retain some moisture.
