When I started using this topper I wasn't sure that it was working, however, I decided to persist with it. Over the past few weeks I have found that I'm not waking up due to overheating as I had been, so I'm pleased to say that it performs as described.
Both my husband and I are hot sleepers. This product claims to balance out the temperature and it does. We recently purchased a new bed/mattress that claimed to have technology to also balance the heat generated while sleeping. Sadly it fell well short of its claim and as a last resort, I purchased the Sonar Topper to help keep us cool at night. We are both pleased with the product and recommend it to anyone who has trouble with temperature control.
